"I believe that learning begins with feeling safe, loved, and valued. In my work with young children, I strive to create a nurturing environment where curiosity is encouraged, emotions are respected, and every child's unique personalities and abilities are celebrated. I see early childhood education as an opportunity to build relationships that foster trust, empathy, and confidence. I want children to see themselves as capable learners and kind friends – developing not only the skills they need for school, but also a sense of wonder and empowerment that will guide them throughout their lives."

"I believe young children thrive when they're encouraged to be self-sufficient, creative thinkers who take pride in solving problems on their own. My goal is to nurture their confidence and curiosity while working closely with families to support each child's growth and unique strengths. I love being part of a community that values connection, collaboration, and joyful learning every day."
Dara Groves, Co-Teacher

Other interests: crafting (cross-stitch, coloring, jewelry making, soap making, and more!), cooking, reading, and hiking! I love finding new nature spots to explore.
"Hoosier Courts is a great preschool for encouraging kids to stay kids. There is a healthy mix of getting kids used to routines and following directions while still having fun and doing activities they enjoy and find interesting. I love that HC is focused on the children themselves and helping them explore the world."
Benjamin Lish, Co-Teacher
